Sales/Scheduling/Customer Service Assistant 2nd Shift We call our sales force "Perceptionist's", and the job is one of the most important parts of our business. A Perceptionist acts as an extension of our client’s businesses, helping them answer calls and grow their business. Our team members work in a fast-paced technology-rich environment and become experts in multiple industries.

We’re looking for team members with a passion for creating positive first impressions, and a desire to deliver personalized and helpful caller experiences, building trust and confidence in our business. We are currently hiring for a 2nd Shift Position . Must have your own computer to use at the beginning. Please include your email with your resume.

Must have high speed internet. We are based in the United States. We do not hire internationally at this time. This is a work from home position. Candidates should be adaptable and have a commitment to sales & customer service excellence. Successful candidates value positive and healthy relationships and will have a growth mindset and demonstrate high work standards.

Key success factors include the ability to learn technical and professional knowledge and collaborate in a team environment. S/he must be resilient and maintain a high level of energy to maximize performance.

Job Responsibilities

The candidate must have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and a desire for personal and professional growth. Makes a great first impression on the phone and the best first impression they can in person. Fosters a personalized and helpful experience for clients, winning their trust and confidence. Be able to quickly determine the nature of objections and respond appropriately utilizing active listening skills.

Proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs. Understands the importance of attention to detail. Improves skills through practice. Applies new knowledge or skills quickly. Solves problems and takes advantage of opportunities without being asked. Enjoys working in a technical workplace.
