S. without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or older Ability to read, write, and speak English Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Ability to communicate with all levels of production and management Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed Preferred Qualifications Previous Cargill experience Prior food safety knowledge or experience Experience using a computer for data entry or documentation Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, or other food safety systems Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement.
