We're looking for a Canvass Team Lead ready to step into a leadership role, build a strong team, and help drive our continued growth.

What You'll Do

Generate qualified homeowner appointments through face-to-face conversations Train, coach, and motivate a high-performing canvassing team Learn territory planning, route management, and daily field operations Drive team production, accountability, and performance Master Sunbelt's proven canvassing and leadership systems Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay $1,500 Sign-On Bonus Weekly Base Pay + Uncapped Commissions Team Overrides Paid Training Company Vehicle Medical, Dental & Vision and PTO after 90 days Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Competitive, energetic, and self-motivated Comfortable speaking with homeowners outdoors Coachable and eager to learn A strong communicator and natural leader Previous management/leadership experience preferred At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license Experience in sales, canvassing, field marketing, customer service, retail, hospitality, or leadership is preferred but not required.
