Sr. Director Business Development - Northeast

Our partner is looking for a Sr. Director Business Development – Northeast based in the United States . The Senior Director of Business Development will lead strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and establish high-value partnerships across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

This fully remote position focuses on expanding business opportunities for contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) services throughout the Northeast region, with additional support for global markets as needed. You will leverage your industry expertise to identify new customers, develop strategic accounts, and convert complex opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships.

Working closely with technical, quality, regulatory, operations, and marketing teams, you will deliver tailored solutions that meet evolving client needs. The role offers significant ownership of regional growth strategy, market positioning, and customer engagement. Candidates based in the Boston area are preferred.
