Social Media Creative (Graphic, Motion and Video)
Job description
This business is a science-led brand redefining menstrual health. As a fast-growing, VC-backed business, they are scaling a new standard in menstrual health, empowering anyone with conditions & symptoms to understand, support, and optimise their health every day, not just during their period. Developed by female scientists and powered by the most advanced biotechnology, their key product is backed by over 100 clinical trials and validated in its own clinical trial.
Beyond this, they are building a movement with over 400k followers across social media channels, combining credible science, thoughtful design, and inclusive storytelling to change how menstrual health is perceived and supported.
About the role
You’ll create high-performing video and motion creative across paid and organic social, with animation and motion design being a major part of the role . Working alongside our videographers, designers and creative team, you’ll turn concepts into sharp, scroll-stopping content for Meta, Tik. Tok, Instagram and YouTube.
You’ll edit footage, build animated sequences, bring static creative to life, and create the hooks, variants and formats needed to test and scale winning ideas. We’re looking for someone who is highly comfortable with animation , particularly in short-form social, and understands how movement, typography, pacing and visual storytelling can capture attention and drive performance.
You’ll work closely with our Performance Creative Strategist, using creative performance data to continually improve what we make — identifying winning hooks, formats, visual styles and animation techniques, then finding ways to push them further.
Key responsibilities
Edit high-volume paid and organic social creative across Meta, Tik. Tok, Instagram and YouTube. Create animated and motion-led content , including typography, graphics, transitions, product animations and visual effects. Turn static designs and concepts into engaging short-form motion content. Create multiple hooks, edits, formats and variations from each shoot to maximise testing.
Repurpose winning paid creative for organic and vice versa. Use performance data to inform edits, animation and future creative. Stay on top of emerging social formats, editing styles and animation trends. Keep projects, footage and assets organised and deliver production-ready files at pace. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who wants to edit, animate, experiment and make a visible impact on the creative output of a fast-growing consumer health brand.
We’re looking for someone who: Is a strong short-form editor with a sharp instinct for what makes people stop scrolling. Is highly confident with animation and motion design , especially for social-first content. Has a strong eye for composition, typography, pacing and visual storytelling . Thinks in hooks, retention, testing and iterations , not just polished final cuts.
Can turn concepts, footage and static assets into engaging, animated social content quickly. Is fast, organised and hands-on , comfortable managing multiple projects and edits at once. Cares about purpose-led brands, women’s health and changing the conversation around menstrual wellbeing . Is curious about performance marketing and excited to learn what makes creative actually perform.
Send: Your reel or portfolio - a link to recent work, ideally including paid social or short-form content you've shot and/or edited. Your CV We are an equal opportunities employer and positively encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status, or pregnancy and maternity.
