Position Summary

The Patient Calling Representative is responsible for contacting patients to support appointment management and provide high-quality customer service. This role involves making outbound and handling inbound calls to provide appointment reminders, confirm schedules, verify patient demographic and insurance information, and assist patients with rescheduling or addressing inquiries.
