As a Front Office Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a positive customer experience and helping our shop run smoothly. You will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, assisting with check-in and check-out, answering phone calls, providing repair updates, and connecting customers with service advisors when needed.

Your responsibilities

will also include occasional parts pickups, light office cleaning, and helping with general office tasks to keep our front office organized, clean, and welcoming.
