Tresco, Inc. is seeking a hardworking and dependable Custodial & Grounds Worker to help maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-manicured environment. What You’ll Be Doing: Grounds Maintenance Responsibilities: Mow, edge, and trim lawns to maintain a professional appearance Remove litter and debris from grounds and pathways Provide weed control and desert landscape maintenance Operate outdoor equipment: weed eaters, edgers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and more Assist with special outdoor projects as assigned Custodial Responsibilities: Clean and maintain restrooms, floors, and public areas Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish as needed Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass doors, and entryways Replenish paper goods, soap, deodorizers, and batteries Perform monthly high-dusting and advanced floor care Ensure all equipment is maintained in clean, operable condition What You Bring: High School Diploma or GED Groundskeeping or custodial experience preferred Valid Driver’s License Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check Skills That Make You Stand Out: Strong communication skills (English required; bilingual is a plus) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional under pressure Willingness to assist the public and maintain a customer-friendly attitude Respect for confidentiality and workplace professionalism Why Work with Tresco?
