Direct Sales Officer

• Drive sales of switchgear products across the assigned territory and achieve order booking, turnover, and collection targets.

• Identify and develop business opportunities with electrical contractors, consultants, panel builders, distributors, dealers, OEMs, and end customers.
• Manage existing channel partners and appoint new partners to strengthen market coverage.
• Coordinate with the distribution sales team and direct customers to maximise revenue and ensure timely payment collection.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, follow up on enquiries, and convert opportunities into orders.
• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, promotional activities, and market visits.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, projects, and market trends, and share actionable market intelligence.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, customer database, visit reports, forecasts, and periodic performance updates.
• Support order execution by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring a positive customer experience. #LI-IHK
