Assets management Technician

Purpose of the position Manage the full lifecycle of company assets, including equipment/fixture s , consumables, packing material and chemicals as well as all other procurement, customs clearance/importation, and ongoing asset tracking. M aintai n accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods within an organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory to prevent shortages or excessive overstock . Track inventory in and outbound , including receiving, shipping, and storage activities . Conduct regular physical cycle counts and audits to reconcile any discrepancies between actual stock and records Generate reports and analyze inventory data to forecast demand, identify trends, and support decision-making Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper storage, distribution, and timely replenishment Follow and Maintain inventory control systems and best practices, including software tools for tracking and reporting .

Systematically process Purchase request Education and work experience High School Diploma/GED Some knowledge of inventory management software, spreadsheets, and dat a analysis tools Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and time management Prior work in inventory control, warehouse operations, supply chain, or logistics is often preferred Skills: Experienced in MS Office , spreadsheets and data analysis tools Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills for liaising with global suppliers and internal teams. Language Fluent in English. Working conditions On-site work in a temperature-controlled manufacturing facility with designated cleanroom areas for precision equipment; compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection standards.

May require occasional weekend hours to support production plan, emergency repairs, or project implementation.
