- Pathways Job Description Columbia Community Mental Health is a nonprofit agency and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic that provides services to individuals with mental, addiction and developmental disabilities. Position: Administrator of Addictions Services Department : Pathways/Detox Summary: The Administrator of Addictions Residential Services is responsible for the administration, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and operational management of withdrawal management and residential treatment programs. This position provides leadership and oversight of program operations, quality improvement, workforce planning, licensing compliance, and fiscal stewardship to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, culturally responsive and person centered addiction treatment services. Shift: Individual schedules can be determined with supervisor and within business needs/hours. In general, our agency provides services Mon-Fri from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Salary Range: $87,796.80 to $123,073.60 (annually). There are 15 steps on our salary scale. We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements).

Candidates who are eligible to obtain the credential must register within three (3) months of hire for the Sate of Oregon. Five (5) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, healthcare, residential treatment, or related human services settings required. Three (3) years of supervisory or management experience, including responsibility for personnel, program operations, and performance management required.
Experience managing budgets, regulatory compliance, quality improvement initiatives, or program operations required. Demonstrated knowledge of addiction treatment services, recovery-oriented systems of care, and applicable state and federal regulations required. Valid Oregon driver's license and insurable driving record required.
Experience overseeing licensed withdrawal management (detox), residential treatment, or other addiction treatment programs preferred. Experience with Medicaid-funded behavioral health services preferred. Experience with licensure, accreditation, audits, and regulatory compliance preferred. CADC II, QMHP, RN, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or other relevant professional credentials.
Position Requirements: Demonstrated knowledge of addiction treatment and behavioral health systems, including regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and program operations. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, analyze operational and performance data, develop collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced treatment environment.
Strong skills in strategic planning, problem solving, workforce development, and organizational leadership. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and electronic data systems.
