Position: PRN Speech Therapist (ST/SLP) What You'll Do: Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Develop personalized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, dietary services, and therapy team members. Educate residents and families regarding treatment programs and progress.

Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.

What We're Looking For

Current Ohio Speech-Language Pathologist license. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred.
