(Senior) HR Business Partner - fixed term 18 months

Responsibilities

• Advise: You act as a strategic sparring partner for managers and employees on all relevant HR and employment law matters.
• Take responsibility: You independently provide comprehensive support to your assigned areas in Germany throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Shape: You support organizational and change processes and independently drive relevant HR topics and projects forward.
• Collaborate: You foster a trusting and constructive working relationship with our works councils.
• Ensure: You ensure the professional and legally compliant implementation of our HR processes and standards.

Qualifications

• You bring several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or in a comparable HR role.
• With sound knowledge of individual and collective employment law, you also have experience working with works councils.
• You confidently advise managers and senior stakeholders.
• You have experience supporting organizational, change and transformation processes.
• Strong initiative, decisiveness and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to work set you apart.
