Retail Operations Associates

OVERVIEW:

From Black Friday through the New Year rush, our stores come alive with incredible energy, passionate customers, and one team working together to create unforgettable experiences.

We're looking for Seasonal Operations Associatesto join our Back of House team in our flagship store onBond Street, New Yorkstore fromNovember 2026 through January 2027.

SALARY RANGE

This role has an hourly range between $18.50-$20.00. The base pay offered is based on market, experience, and skills.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Keeping best-selling products stocked and readily available.
• Supporting inventory deliveries, stock organization, and operational tasks.
• Working collaboratively with the team during peak business periods.
• Bringing Gymshark's values to life every shift.
• Supporting store goals through outstanding customer service and strong product knowledge.
• Creating an energetic and welcoming environment for every customer.
• Maintaining high standards throughout the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Experience in an operations environment, ideally retail back of house, but this is not essential.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working as part of a team.
• Ability to remain positive, adaptable, and solutions-focused during busy periods.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Available to begin employment from November, 2026.
