The ideal candidate will support the Spa Director in managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Spa Director in overseeing daily spa operations, including staff management, scheduling, and guest services. Support the development and implementation of spa programs, promotions, and events to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the spa facility.

Train, mentor, and motivate spa staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain professional standards. Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure smooth operations and cost control. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote spa services and packages.

Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and performance analysis to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

Previous experience in spa management or a related hospitality role, preferably in a supervisory or assistant director capacity. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and industry best practices.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Certification or training in spa management, hospitality, or related fields is a plus. Work Environment This position is based in Elk Grove, California, and requires flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed to support spa operations.
