Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a driven, hardworking, and highly-motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at American Place Casino. This role owns execution of recruitment strategy and full-cycle staffing property-wide, from workforce planning through offer acceptance, and will be a key driver of our talent pipeline as we grow.

Reporting to the Director of HR, this role works closely with property hiring managers to shape recruitment strategy for their teams' unique staffing needs and partners with the HR Manager to ensure a seamless handoff of new team members.
