Fitter/Fabricator

Position: Fitter/Fabricator Location/s: Ashland, VA Duration: 3 months contract to hire Shift: 1st Shift Schedule (offering work-life balance with Saturdays as needed) Pay Rate: Up to $25.00/Hour (Depending on experience) Benefits/Incentives: Insurance Offered (Medical, Dental, Vision, etc.) Qualdoc is seeking experienced Flux Core Welders and Welder/Fitters for our client in Ashland, VA.

This role will be responsible for welding heavy industrial structural steel equipment and components using shop drawings for fabrication. This position is a contract with the potential to go full-time based on performance and business needs. Overtime!!!! 50-56 hours weekly!!
