In. Genesis is currently seeking Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) to work full time. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide treatment and support to patients. This role focuses on helping patients improve mobility, manage pain, and regain independence through prescribed therapy programs.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out treatment plans and corrective exercise programs as directed by a Physical Therapist Administer therapies such as therapeutic exercise, gait training, massage, traction, ultrasound, heat/cold therapy, and hydrotherapy Instruct patients on the proper use of medical equipment, including wheelchairs, crutches, braces, and prosthetic devices Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and daily functional activities Monitor patient progress, observe responses to treatment, and report findings to the Physical Therapist Fit, adjust, and train patients on orthopedic braces and assistive devices such as walkers and canes Collaborate with physical therapy staff and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care Communicate effectively with clinic staff and departments to ensure quality patient outcomes Perform other duties as assigned Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: In.
