The Sales Coordinator works independently and as a team to manage their pipeline of potential buyers.

This position involves working directly with prospects, residents, and community team members to collect and review all necessary conditions and documentation to facilitate sales. The role requires close attention to sales activities within their assigned pipeline, including reporting on key performance metrics that drive YES home sales.

Additional responsibilities include providing training, coaching, and information related to daily sales operations ensuring that partnering sales agents are fully equipped to meet their sales objectives at YES. Work independently to review all incoming resident inquiries and sales with a keen eye for detail, serving as a trusted resource for prospects, residents, and community team members by addressing questions and facilitating deal activities to maximize total sales numbers.

Exercise discretion to determine the appropriate next steps in the sales or broker process when clearing conditions while meeting the requirements of existing sales agreements, following company policy, applicable state and local laws, and lender policies if relevant. Responsible for identifying and communicating needed corrections for outstanding issues needed to advance broker sales to appropriate YES Home Office Sales representative.

Employ a solution-oriented approach to navigate objections or overcome hurdles from prospects, residents, lenders, or community team members to meet company sales objectives. Provide reports and insights on key performance metrics to the Team Manager, sales team, and other key stakeholders. Collaborate with Division Sales Specialists and other field leaders to deliver training that creates the best Broker Sales program in the industry.

Perform other duties as assigned.
