AI Developer – Agentic AI

This is a hybrid position based in Israel, requiring on-site presence in Yokneam three times a week , together with close collaboration with global teams, including occasional evening meetings as part of cross-site coordination. What does a typical day look like? ב This is a hands-on role with significant learning and growth potential in advanced AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop components within Agentic AI architectures, including multi-agent orchestration and RAG workflows Implement backend logic and data processing using Python and SQL Assist in writing technical specifications and user stories Support system integrations through APIs and enterprise connectors Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure solution accuracy Assist with troubleshooting and production support when needed Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and contribute to technical discussions Maintain clear documentation and follow best development practices

Requirements

Requirements 3–5 years of experience in software development (Python required) Practical experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases or RAG workflows – an advantage Experience working with SQL databases Understanding of backend development concepts; familiarity with system integrations – advantage Strong analytical, problem-solving and learning capabilities Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global environment Fluent Hebrew (spoken and written) – must High-level English Ability to work on-site in Yokneam three times a week Flexibility for occasional evening meetings
