Job Title: Cluster Executive Location: Cluster-based (Colleges within assigned geography) Reporting To: Team Lead / Manager Role Summary The Cluster Executive is responsible for overseeing operations across 3 to 5 sites, ensuring smooth service delivery, effective management of Material Movement and Manpower.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across 3–5 assigned sites
- Coordinate site visits, Material and Manpower availability
- Act as the primary point of contact between college and management
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and escalations
- Verify the operational status of all hardware components
- Network connectivity checks to ensure stable LAN/WAN performance
- Identification and rectification of potential hardware/network issues Skills:
- Basic Hardware & Networking Certification.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in any Streams
