Director, Program Management Office

Position Summary

The Director of Program Management Office (PMO) is responsible for leading a multi-site PMO organization supporting U.S. Navy critical flow control solution programs across three operating locations. The role provides leadership, governance, and execution oversight while ensuring alignment between customer requirements and organizational execution.

This position leads through a matrixed Integrated Product Team (IPT) structure consisting of Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain personnel. The PMO organization owns requirements capture from customers and stakeholders, ensures accurate requirements flow-down throughout the organization, and drives alignment across functional teams to deliver customer commitments.
