Job Title: Warehouse Operative Hours: 30 hours a week between Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm. Salary : £21,040 per year Location: Based at our Stockton-on-Tees office, TS17 9NT.

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our Operations team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse operations, working to high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders. Manage inventory using our warehouse management system, handheld scanners, and FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures. Conduct regular stock checks, record data, and report shortages promptly. Load and unload shipments, ensuring stock is organised correctly. Perform quality assurance checks on inbound and outbound goods, verifying accuracy and condition before dispatch.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse in line with health & safety standards.

About you

Previous warehouse or stock experience. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Team player with good communication skills.
