Role Description The Commercial Real Estate Advisor is a full-time role based in Wichita, KS.
Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and qualifying commercial real estate opportunities, conducting property tours, and preparing market analyses, property valuations, and investment summaries. Advisors will negotiate lease and sales transactions, draft and review offers, and coordinate due diligence activities with clients, lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
The role involves building and maintaining a pipeline through networking, prospecting, and client outreach, as well as delivering high-quality customer service and timely communication. Advisors are expected to use company-provided tools and resources, attend team meetings and training sessions, and comply with all licensing, legal, and ethical real estate standards.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills, including responsive communication, relationship building, and a client-first approach. Knowledge of commercial real estate, including property types, lease structures, and investment fundamentals. Understanding of real property concepts and real estate transaction processes, including contracts, disclosures, and due diligence.
Sales skills with the ability to prospect, present value propositions, negotiate terms, and close transactions. Active or eligible real estate license in Kansas (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe). Ability to analyze market data, financial information, and property metrics to support client decision-making.
Proficiency with standard business software (e.g., CRM tools, email, and presentation platforms). Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions. Professional demeanor, ethical conduct, and commitment to complying with real estate laws and industry regulations.
Experience in commercial brokerage, investments, or business-to-business sales is preferred but not required.
