Surgical Technologist-Operating Room (Full - time or Part-time)

Mississippi Valley Surgery Center is seeking a full-time or part-time Surgical Technologist to join our surgical services team. This role supports the surgeon and surgical team throughout the intraoperative phase of care. MVSC offers a competitive wage and benefits package. No weekends, holidays, or call.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare the operating room, including surgical instruments, equipment, supplies, and solutions. Maintain the sterile field, anticipate the surgeon’s needs, and assist during surgical procedures. Perform surgical counts with the circulating nurse and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED. Completion of a surgical technologist program and/or prior operating room experience. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
