Certified Medical Assistant - Full Time

The certified medical assistant provides front line support to patients, families, and clinical staff by managing check in, registration, scheduling, and communication throughout the outpatient visit. It combines patient facing service with administrative, including data entry, insurance authorization, and payment collection, while also assisting nurses with rooming, vitals, and clinical workflow tasks.

The role ensures smooth clinic operations and reliable support for both patients and clinicians. The role is approximately 75% administrative/computer focused work.
