Superintendent, Quality and Management Systems

Drive Excellence.Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking an experienced Superintendent, Quality & Management Systems to oversee quality, certification compliance, and integrated management systems supporting our recycling operations.

We are looking for a results-driven professional with experience in R2, e-Stewards, ISO standards, electronics recycling, ITAD, or industrial compliance.What You'll Do. Lead and maintain R2, e-Stewards, RIOS, and ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certification programs.Oversee the integrated Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Management System (QEHSMS).

Coordinate internal, external, regulatory, and certification audits.Drive corrective actions (CAPA), root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.Manage documentation, procedures, compliance reporting, and Management of Change (MOC).Partner with Operations, Safety, Environmental, Engineering, and leadership to strengthen compliance and operational performance.

What We're Looking For. Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Environmental Science, EHS, or a related field.3–5+ years of experience in quality management, compliance, auditing, recycling, ITAD, or manufacturing.Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001.Experience with audits, corrective actions, document control, and management systems.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred: R2, e-Stewards, RIOS, NAID AAA, or ISO Lead Auditor experience.Employment Requirements. Must meet applicable ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) eligibility requirements.Must successfully complete required background screening and meet applicable NAID AAA certification and security requirements.
