BDR Manager New York Up to $220k total compensation ($160k base + $60k variable) New York | Hybrid The opportunity We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on BDR Manager to help build the next generation of YOOBIC’s outbound engine and lead our team of four BDRs across New York and London. You might already be managing BDRs, or you could be a Senior BDR or Team Lead with coaching experience who’s ready to step into management.

Either way, you’ll have the chance to put your stamp on the team and our outbound approach, with the freedom to test ideas and see what works. Reporting directly to our CMO, you’ll coach the team, improve how we prospect and work closely with Sales and Marketing to build a strong enterprise pipeline. We’re looking for a player-coach who loves developing people and is just as happy reviewing a call, working through a target account or testing new messaging alongside the team.

This isn’t a “dial and smile” BDR team. Our BDRs are AI savvy and use calls, email, social engagement, in-person visits, gifting, direct mail and creative campaigns to open doors with enterprise retailers. Bring an idea, test it and learn fast. What you’ll do Coach and develop BDRs across New York and London through regular 1:1s, call coaching and hands-on support.

Drive pipeline performance by helping the team understand what’s working, where prospects are dropping off and how to improve. Get hands-on with outbound , from calls and messaging to account mapping, personalisation and breaking into enterprise accounts. Partner with Sales and Marketing on target accounts, campaigns and creative ways to engage prospects.

Use data, technology and AI to make prospecting smarter, more personalised and more effective. Help define what great BDR looks like at YOOBIC , from onboarding and coaching to messaging, qualification, process and career development. Build a team culture that’s ambitious, accountable and always improving, while having fun winning together.

What we’re looking for You’ve been a successful B2B BDR or SDR and know what great outbound looks like. You’ve coached, mentored or managed other BDRs or SDRs and enjoy helping people grow. You give clear, actionable feedback and are comfortable leading from the front. You understand how outbound activity turns into meetings, opportunities and pipeline.

You use data to understand performance and decide what to improve. You’re curious about sales technology and AI and how they can improve prospecting. You bring energy and ideas. When something isn’t working, your instinct is to test a better way. You’re comfortable in a fast-moving environment where good ideas can become campaigns quickly.
