In this role, you will oversee IT projects, leading progress management, resource allocation, and issue resolution. You will ensure seamless communication with clients, guiding projects from requirements definition through to implementation. Leveraging the latest technologies, you will support the team with a strong focus on quality and deadlines, contributing to the success of the project. You will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet client requirements and ensure stable operations, particularly for clients in the financial industry, including major domestic banks.Required technical and professional expertise• ITベンダー、SIer、コンサルファーム、もしくは金融機関において、金融業界向けの大規模プロジェクト推進経験

• 金融業界向けのシステムインテグレーション開発やパッケージ・ソフトウエア開発、システム構築におけるPMやPLとしての経験
• システム開発において、要件定義フェーズを含む、システム開発の上流工程を担当した経験
• お客様の意思決定に関わる資料作成や、お客様との意思疎通を行うに十分な日本語力を有していることPreferred technical and professional experience
• ITベンダー、SIer、コンサルファーム、もしくは金融機関において、金融業界向けの大規模プロジェクト推進経験
• 金融業界向けのシステムインテグレーション開発やパッケージ・ソフトウエア開発、システム構築におけるPMやPLとしての経験
• システム開発において、要件定義フェーズを含む、システム開発の上流工程を担当した経験
• お客様の意思決定に関わる資料作成や、お客様との意思疎通を行うに十分な日本語力を有していること
• PMP等で定義されているプロジェクト管理体系をPMとして実践した経験
