Competitive pay Opportunities for career growth and development Flexible scheduling (weekend and holiday availability required) Key Responsibilities Supervisory & Leadership Duties Oversee daily shuttle operations, ensuring efficient scheduling and on-time service. Manage a team of shuttle drivers, providing training, guidance.

Assist with hiring, onboarding, and coaching drivers to maintain company standards. Address and resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly. Act as a liaison between dispatch, airline personnel, and company management. Take and cover trips when necessary when driver call-outs occur. Operational & Compliance Management Monitor driver schedules.

Ensure all shuttle services comply with DOT, airport, and company safety regulations. Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and ensure proper maintenance. Keep accurate records of driver performance, incidents, and safety checks. Assist in enforcing safety policies and training drivers on best practices. Customer Service & Communication Ensure all shuttle drivers provide exceptional customer service to airline crews.

Communicate service expectations clearly with both drivers and dispatch. Address and resolve any service delays or operational challenges. Assist passengers with inquiries and ensure a seamless transportation experience.

Requirements

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in transportation (1+ years preferred). Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed. Must be at least 25 years old due to insurance. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, MVR report, and background check. Comfortable using technology for tracking flight schedules and navigation.

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

CDL with passenger endorsement (if applicable). Experience in airport shuttle or airline transportation services. Knowledge of DOT and airport transportation regulations.
