Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Certification Required

LOCATION: DACULA, GA PAY: $22-$28+ EMPLOYMENT TYPE: PART-TIME, W-2 SCHEDULE: MON-FRI 4PM-8PM EXPECTED HOURS: 20 HOURS/WEEK (can stack with other clients for more hours!) JOIN THE TELLOS TEAM At Tellos ABA Therapy, we believe great care starts with a team that feels supported. We're looking for a dependable and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes.

You'll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), helping clients build meaningful skills while receiving the guidance and support you need to do your best work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools and in the community.
• Implement treatment plans developed by your supervising BCBA.
• Help clients build communication, social, behavioral and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate session data and complete timely documentation.
• Communicate regularly with your BCBA and participate in supervision.
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and families.
• Follow clinical, ethical and confidentiality requirements.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required before starting services.
• Candidates with expired or inactive certification must renew before starting services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, reliability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule.
• Reliable transportation for all service settings.
• Ability to complete required background checks and onboarding.
