Manager - Lending Compliance

The Manager, Lending Compliance and Quality Control provides leadership for UFCU’s Lending Compliance and Quality Control program across Mortgage, Consumer, and Commercial Lending. This role partners closely with Legal, Lending, Risk, and other business leaders to develop and maintain a scalable compliance framework that supports responsible growth, sound risk management, operational excellence, and compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.

The Manager fosters a culture of compliance by strengthening governance practices, translating regulatory requirements into practical business solutions, and continuously enhancing the compliance program to support UFCU’s evolving business strategy and regulatory environment.
