PTP Specialist - China Market (2 days WFH)

Process payments accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Handle China payment operations, with potential cross-country exposure within APAC. Maintain payment controls and resolve payment issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Monitor failed transactions, minimise processing errors, and support month-end and year-end closing.

Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency. Support business continuity and regional finance transformation initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in AP, P2P, payment operations, Treasury, or Shared Services. Familiarity with ERP systems, banking platforms, and electronic payment processes. SSC or multinational company experience is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English to support China-related operations.
