GENERAL SUMMARY: The cook is responsible for participating in the cooking and advance preparation of foods daily.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND LICENSURE: JOB QUALIFICATIONS A.Education High School degree or equivalent, AA.S. Culinary Arts Degree preferred. B.Job Knowledge Volume food production, product utilization, advance preparation and meet cookery necessary. Knowledge of proper sanitation techniques, safe healing and storage of food.

Knife skills and basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation. C.Licensure None D.Training and Experience Five years quality quantity food preparation experience desired. DEMANDS A.Physical: Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. Long periods of standing with exposure to extreme temperature, noise and wet hazards. B. Special Numerical ability for recipe conversion.
