Licensed Vocational Nurse

Licensed Vocational Nurse Merakey is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support 1:1 individuals with developmental disabilities and complex behavior/medical needs in a residential EBSH setting. Earn: $40.00-$41.00 per hour Shift: Sunday through Thursday from 2pm-10pm PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Behavioral health or residential experience.

Type 1 Diabetes management experience. Insulin administration. Familiarity with Dexcom continuous glucose monitoring systems. Developmental disability services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing insulin and following diabetic orders. Chart and MAR reviews. Medication reorders and coordination with pharmacies/providers. Nursing 1:1 support for resident. Participation in community outings and appointments. Collaboration with families, conservators, and IDT team members. Support implementation of behavioral and medical care plans.
