About the Role

Lead your team to meet production goals and crush performance metrics Provide real-time, on-the-job training and guidance. Ensure every pool leak detections are done to perfection while keeping customers and partners a priority. Be the go-to person in the field, shaping the success of your branch Help your RHINOS grow while achieving branch goals What We're Looking For: Minimum of 1 year at RED RHINOPool leak detection expertise and leadership experience Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Drug screening and criminal background checks will be performed on all new hires.
