Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Home-Based | Flexible Schedule | 1:1 Care Tired of double-booked schedules and productivity pressure? Stern at Home Therapy delivers outpatient-quality care to older adults and geriatrics in the home - with 1:1 patient sessions, flexible scheduling, and real support. Full-Time salary, or our new tiered per-visit model. No overlapping visits. You control your schedule. Optional shadowing before committing.
Compensation
Full-Time: Guaranteed salary or higher-tiered per-visit rate + full benefits. Full-Time Benefits: Medical, PTO, paid holidays, commuter stipend, 401(k) with match, CEU support, student loan assistance, childcare assistance, and wellness stipend.
Requirements
Active NJ PTA license + reliable transportation. Degree from an accredited physical therapy assistant program. New grads welcome. Apply today and practice the way you were trained to.
