RN Clinical Educator Adult - FT

Supports the strategic planning, coordination, and implementation of educational initiatives within the Education Department, encompassing both staff and patient education. Collaborating closely with other clinical educators, nursing staff, physicians, and the Nurse Executive, this role ensures that organizational learning needs are effectively identified and addressed.

The Adult Services Educator Nurse contributes to the development and refinement of educational policies and procedures, serves as a knowledgeable resource for staff and leadership, and actively participates in performance improvement efforts. This position provides educational services across the lifespan, from neonates to geriatric patients, and performs additional duties as assigned to support departmental goals.
