Treasury Management (On-Site) - Reno and surrounding areas

JOB SUMMARY

The Treasury Management Specialist works with digital banking, business development, and business advisors to promote, onboard, and support treasury management products and services to commercial and small business clients and prospective clients. Aids in product identification and implementation of technologies to meet the growing needs of current and potential clients.

Maintains and manages treasury annual product review process. Application expert for all treasury applications, facilitating training and maintaining service levels for client delivery and ongoing support. JOB FUNCTIONS Ability to converse with clients regarding the product cycle of treasury services, onboarding through continuing support.

Associate degree or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred. Effectively communicates with internal, external partners/vendors, and customers. Maintains and manages treasury annual product review process. Ability to identify client payment and treasury needs through conversations aided by business development or business advisors.

Ability to troubleshot and correct client technical challenges. Work within designated onboarding and client support timeframes. Ability to prioritize workload with high attention to detail with strong emphasis on the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED required. Three to five years’ banking experience, preferably retail banking, client-facing and back-office experience. Associate degree and/or a combination of education and experience in digital and/or retail banking. Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and applicable Bank systems. There are many reasons to work for Plumas Bank.
