Job description
The RN is responsible for ensuring quality health care and restorative services to maximize residents’ health potential, functional capacity, and quality of life. The RN will provide direct and indirect nursing care for residents of the Health Care Center and Highland Court Nursing areas. The RN is responsible for resident assessment, care planning, intervention and evaluation to meet resident needs.
The RN is responsible for the direction and supervision of LPNs, certified nursing assistants, and restorative technicians and ensuring the provision of quality care and health services.
