Our client, a leading building services engineering company is looking to fill a temporary ongoing Handyman job that could lead into a permanent job role. Working at a healthcare facility based in Ilford, Essex and may involve working around the Romford and Essex area if required. Pay up to £16.50p/h, M-F 8-5. JOB DUTIES Carry out maintenance of buildings and property.
Assisting with the defects rectification and PPM for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, building fabric, fire alarms, boiler plant, electrical distribution, lighting, AHU’s, pumps and standby generators. Provide support and assistance to the building services team for electrical/mechanical installations and problems encountered on site.
Out of hours call outs on a rota basis as required. JOB REQUIREMENTS Candidates will need to hold a DBS Check. Ideally have experience working in a commercial or healthcare environment. Multi skilled experience, ability to carry out work alone and able to use a PDA. JOB LOCATION The Handyman job is based in Ilford, Essex and to work in the Romford and Essex area as required.
