The Vice President of Branch Experience & Performance plays a critical leadership role in bringing that purpose to life across our retail network. This leader champions a consistent, exceptional experience for members while empowering branch leaders to build highly engaged, high-performing teams.

Working closely with the Chief Member Service Officer and business partners throughout the organization, this position drives continuous improvement in sales effectiveness, service delivery, coaching, operational excellence, and the overall member journey. Through collaboration, innovation, and data-driven decision making, this leader helps ensure every Community First location consistently delivers on our promise to members.
