Client Success & Growth Representative (Inside Sales)
Job description
The Opportunity At Examinetics, the Inside Salesperson is a unique role – it’s part inside sales, part customer service. After our clients are finished with their occupational health testing, the Inside Salesperson will contact them to help determine the next steps of their program and recommend additional products & services that best help them complete those steps.
You may also be assisting these clients with other customer service and support needs that come to light from your conversations. In addition to existing clients, the Inside Salesperson will also receive a portion of inbound sales leads from new customers that will contribute to new business sales growth. And you will prospect for new opportunities.
This position requires a self-starter who can blend sales and customer service skills to close new business while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Primary Responsibilities This Job Description may not include all the duties assigned to the employee and may be updated and modified by the department supervisor, according to the operational dynamics and needs of the company.
Work directly with an assigned Sales Manager to support their territory growth plan Conduct daily client outreach to clients who have just finished occupational health testing Conduct 90-day touch base to same clients in addition to immediate post-testing calls Cross-sell and up-sell complementary services on post-test and 90-day outreach Process sales orders from existing clients and new customers When service requires clinic visits, work with the client and scheduling teams to arrange Manage inbound website sales inquiries in a timely and thorough manner Prospect for new business, including cold calls Assist clients with any needs, issues, or complaints that are brought up in discussions Job Requirements The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education
