Controller / Accounting Manager We are seeking an accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic environment! Our organization has an exciting opportunity for an individual with a degree or diploma in accounting as well as a minimum of five years of experience. The successful individual will have the following: A minimum of five years progressively responsible experience.

Equivalencies may be considered for this position Experience with different accounting and payroll systems along with the aptitude to learn new programs Expert knowledge of basic accounting principals The ability to accurately plan and forecast financial statements Possess a CPA designation or be working towards one Bachelor’s degree or diploma in accounting Attributes for the successful candidate include: Above average verbal and written communication skills Strong time management skills A professional demeanor Understanding of the importance of confidentiality Thrive in a fast paced work environment Able to interact with a diverse group of individuals with ease Achievement and goal oriented A desire to add value to operations Duties for this position will include but are not limited to: Prepare, evaluate and analyze financial statements Make recommendations for process improvement and cost savings Accounts Payable and Receivable Month end and year end reconciliations Reconcile the General Ledger Prepare monthly budgets and forecast Oversee preparation of full cycle payroll Compensation: Compensation is commensurate with experience.
