Clinical Supervisor

The Clinical Supervisor oversees, evaluates, and supports the daily performance of the clinical team, providing weekly supervision, coordinating services, and assisting with crisis intervention as needed. This position audits clinical files, reviews and approves treatment plans, and ensures staff complete all required training and professional development.

The Clinical Supervisor also manages personnel matters for supervised staff, including hiring, performance evaluations, commendations, corrective actions, and dismissals.
