Plant Manager

Under the direction of the Regional Operations Manager, the Plant Manager oversees and manages all production, distribution, warehouse, and maintenance activities to ensure the accurate and timely processing, receiving, shipping, and distribution of steel, parts, and customer orders. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the facility, including scheduling, monitoring operational performance, maintaining warehouse standards and maintenance schedules, and ensuring adherence to all safety and quality procedures.

The Plant Manager drives productivity and continuous improvement through effective leadership, strategic planning, and employee development while fostering a positive work environment and high employee morale.
