Oracle OIC Sr. Developer

Oracle OIC Sr. Developer2 Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Architecture: Design, architect, and document scalable end-to-end integration patterns (scheduled orchestrations, app-driven orchestrations, pub/sub, request/reply) using OIC.Draft Technical Design Documents (TDD), data mapping specifications, and unit testing scripts from functional specifications.

Integration Development: Build complex integrations leveraging pre-built OIC adapters (Oracle ERP Cloud, Salesforce, REST, SOAP, FTP/SFTP, ATP/Database).Execute advanced data transformations using XSLT, XPath, XSD, JSON, and XML.Implement automated batch data imports/exports via File-Based Data Import (FBDI), HCM Data Loader (HDL), and BI Publisher extracts.

Build user-facing web/mobile extensions using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and custom business processes via Process Cloud Service (PCS) . API & Security Management: Configure security mechanisms including OAuth 2.0, SSL/TLS certificates, JWT tokens, and basic authentication for REST/SOAP endpoints.Configure custom error-handling modules, fault policies, re-try mechanisms, and notification alerts within OIC.

Testing, Operations & Maintenance: Conduct unit testing, end-to-end integration testing, and support UAT/Go-Live cycles.Perform migration and deployment of OIC components across non-prod (DEV, TEST) and Production environments.Provide Tier 3 production support, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on integration failures, tune performance, and manage queue loads.

Technical Skills & Qualifications Category. Required Skills. Core Middleware 5+ years with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen2 / Gen3). VBCS & PCS experience. Oracle Ecosystem Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, or SCM) or Oracle EBS R12. Integrations & Data REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, XSLT, XPath, WSDL, FBDI, HDL, SFTP.

Database & Scripting SQL, PL/SQL (Packages, Staging tables, Views), Unix/Linux shell scripting. Reporting & BI Oracle BI Publisher (Data models, e. Text, RTF templates), OTBI. Cloud Security OCI Console, OAuth 2.0, Key Vaults, SSL Certificates, IAM policies.
