A Mix Maker is responsible for the proper assembly and setup of the Receiving Lines, Raw Storage Tanks, Raw Lines, HTST pasteurizer, Mix Discharge Lines and Yogurt tank and Mix Storage Tanks used in the manufacture of frozen dessert products in a cGMP compliant environment. A Mix Maker adheres to Mix Master Batch Record materials requirements and quality control documentation in Ice Cream Mix processing operations to produce Ice Cream Mix that consistently meet specifications.
