Overview

The Direct Care Registered Nurse

• Home Health and Hospice Provides high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes or hospice settings, ensuring comfort, dignity, and emotional support during end-of-life care. Anticipated Status/Shift: Full Time (40 hours/week) Day Shift Position Location: Sentara Hospice Services
• Chesapeake, VA Pay Range: $33.61- $56/hour We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits.

Education

Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required) Certification/Licensure Valid RN License in state of practice (VA) (Required) BLS (Required within 90 days of hire) Experience 1 year of nursing experience (Required) Previous Home Care/Hospice experience (Preferred) Prior case management experience (Preferred) Keywords: registered nurse, hospice, RN, talroo-nursing, skilled care, direct patient care, home care Benefits: Caring For Your Family and Your Career
