About the Role

This is a new leadership position within our data engineering practice. You will lead the Enablement team, a blended team spanning Dublin and Toronto, helping engineering teams across Citco get the most from our Centralized Data Platform (CDP) on Databricks. The role is design-focused rather than coding-focused. You will act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, shaping architecture and guiding best practices in performance, security, and scalability.

What You'll Do

Lead and develop a cross-location team of data professionals across Dublin and Toronto Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into platform solutions Define solution designs, reference architectures, and standards on Databricks (Delta Lake, Lakehouse, Unity Catalog) Coach teams on platform adoption, governance, and pipeline optimization Champion AI-assisted development (e.

g. GitHub Copilot) and help teams use it effectively Collaborate with the Dublin-based and North America data engineering teams Our Tech Stack Databricks, AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda), Python, SQL, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Git, GitHub Copilot.

What You'll Bring
